According to Wikipedia, “In business, engineering, and manufacturing, quality – or high quality – has a pragmatic interpretation as the non-inferiority or superiority of something (goods or services)."
Quality is also defined as being suitable for the intended purpose while satisfying customer expectations. Quality is a perceptual, conditional, and somewhat subjective attribute and may be understood differently by different people.”
That being said sometimes “Quality” is a megaphone to anyone who sees it.
Take Kay, our designer’s boots for instance. In 1973, Kay’s parents bought her these boots as a gift during her first year of college. She has worn them every single winter since. This is its 50th run. 50!
Likewise, one of DuKate’s first Pella window projects is still in place and functioning beautifully. They were installed in 1988.
Those are some good “shoes”.
